Characters from Alpharetta’s past as they stroll along Milton Avenue and rise from their gravesites at Resthaven Cemetery. Learn how Alpharetta grew from a farming community to the Technology City of the South. The tour’s dramatic story telling will include buck dancing, singing, and even a little flute playing to enhance the 60-minute experience.
I was asked by the City of Alpharetta events team Hilary Lew to see if I would be available to take pictures of this play. Now, without knowing a whole lot about this play, I wanted to understand what the expectations were from Hilary and the production crew. Needless to say Mari Martinez who was in charge for this production provided me with a detailed list on what it will entail and I must say that I was very happy to take pictures for this event. This play was just phenomenal, funny and something I would take my kids to. I think we all lack in history and getting educated in a play format with some humor by Atlanta Theater To Go goes a LONG way.
Take a look at the cast members from the event for more pictures from this event, visit my Facebook page at Saima Jewett Photography.
Enjoy and please go check this great theater out!!!
